Todd Kilbaugh is the Associate Chair of Research for the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Kilbaugh is the Director of the Resuscitation Science Center of Emphasis, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute, and the Medical Director of the ECMO Center at CHOP. Dr. Kilbaugh also holds the William J. Greeley Endowed Chair in Translational Science and Innovation at CHOP, and is a Professor of Anesthesiology, Critical Care Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Kilbaugh completed a pediatric residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences in New Orleans; anesthesia, surgical critical care medicine and chief residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania; fellowships in pediatric anesthesiology, pediatric cardiac anesthesiology, and pediatric critical care at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Kilbaugh is one of a handful of physicians boarded and practicing pediatric anesthesiology and critical care medicine in the country.
