High turnover rates are expensive, inconvenient and can prevent an OMS from reaching revenue goals. That’s why developing an effective employee retention strategy helps to increase success and keep “rock stars” from joining another band (i.e., practice). Employee benefits have an impact on retention, now more than ever. This session will discuss how to reduce employee turnover rates, provide the right employee benefits, ensure a team feels valued and incentivize a team to grow within the esthetic practice.
