This session will identify, define and explore some of the most common and/or problematic complications of TMJ/OSA surgery procedures performed by oral and maxillofacial surgeons. The program will feature closed claims processed through OMSNIC that involve TMJ/OSA cases. A legal member of the OMSNIC team will address unique legal aspects of each case and provide the audience with useful advice in terms of documentation and processing of litigations.
