David is a practicing physical therapist who specializes in the treatment of orthopedic spine and extremity disorders. He received his physical therapy training at the University of Health Sciences: The Chicago Medical School. Following his formal physical therapy training, David received advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment and is diplomaed through the McKenzie Institute International. He is also board certified in orthopedics and is a member of the McKenzie Institute USA branch faculty. He is a member of the North American Spine Society's Interdisciplinary Committee. David also holds a Masters of Arts in Human Services with a concentration in Exercise Science from Concordia University.
David has consulted with the American Dental Association since 2011 performing posture and injury screenings at the annual conference to enable practitioners to continue to practice at the highest level. In addition, he has presented on using the McKenzie method in their daily practice. In addition, David has been an invited speaker to various spine symposiums as well as other professional groups including the Chicago Dental Association and Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing.
